MedicQuant is a startup company with a mission to enable rapid testing for anticoagulants (DOACs) at the point of care to benefit patients.

During my PhD project I have primarily worked with development of new methods for small molecule detection. I have extensive experience with bioconjugation, synthesis of small drug molecule derivatives and prototype development. I have further developed and implemented a novel assay in a device for point of care testing of small molecule drugs. Title of PhD dissertation: Development of Small Molecule Sensors for Point-of-Care Testing.
