I develop new ways of learning and do different kinds of marketing, content and journalistic work to promote VUC (adult education) in East Zealand. Besides I teach AVU (adult students, at level G-D) and HF-courses (C+B).MARKETING AND JOURNALISM AT THE OFFICEMy tasks are interviews with students, external presswork, marketing, writing and PR - projects including the "VUC Bliv Klog"-app at Google Play. Besides I am the editor and re-creator of internal newsletters for staff, making it much more likeable, readable and not least esprit-de-corps to my colleagues. Pure Employer Branding. Also, I do web content/webmaster (recently at CMS Umbraco). Finally, I am the Social Media-manager (Facebook, YouTube and Instagram, being the creator of our account on the latter). TEACHING IN THE CLASSROOM My main task in the classroom is to grow the students’ self-confidence by practicing their skills in oral/written vocabulary and their work with a computer or digital devices. Writing has a big influence on my students'​ ability to learn, reflect on and bring their skills into practical use and knowle dge, and that makes my journalistic experiences much valued. During the past few years I have earned valuable experinces with Flipped Classroom, especially concerning the students with poor reading- or languageskills. My students gain self-confidence by practicing their skills in oral/written vocabulary and computers. - During English classes we do presentations, grammar exercises and lots of talking, concerning news, travelling, sports, eating and much more. - During Social Studies classes we discuss current topics of Danish politics, media, crime, economy and sociology. We do oral presentations, written exercises and challenge each other's views. My colleagues and I make our students ready to set up new personal goals, professional as well as personal. Exams are G to A-level.

Teaching of students attending a Danish youth educational programme (stx, htx, hh). My students have very different backgrounds, but they are all willing to work hard to improve their skills, That is why my teaching always begins with each student's personal wishes and needs, as it continues with a great deal of "help yourself-philosophy"​ In English we work with pronunciation, translation, grammar, essays and literature. In Professional Writing we do writer's workshop and work with the student's writer's skills and techniques, based on analysis of various media/sources/audiences.
