I work on various tasks:1. I teach enrichment courses for secondary school students. Each student chooses his/her own enrichment project. After 10 weeks they do a presentation about their subject.2. I teach learning skills courses for secondary school students. Each student chooses the learning skills he/she would like to improve. During 8-10 weeks we work on improving those skills.3. I develop enrichment projects. There are 26 projects ready and new ones are being made at the moment.4. I train teachers in working with gifted students.5. I work with individual students, often on their learning skills.6. I advise school administrators on how to develop gifted education policy and make it work!
