As part of the Design Team at Capture One, I’ve contributed to all phases of a comprehensive qualitative research project. The goal was to gather deep insights about user journeys, workflows, needs and challenges of a new target segment. The conclusions drawn from design team’s collective work informed the product strategy. Tasks:- Recruited informants- Created interview guides- Conducted contextual inquiry interviews - Analysed individual participants’ data- Synthesised the data to generate insights about user needs and challenges and to identify sub-segments

In an interdisciplinary team, we conducted a usability test of a product in the second iteration of the design process. With a user-centered design approach to the research, I contributed to various phases of the process. This involved creating moderator-, and interview guides, observing the test participants using the product and analyzing and synthesizing the data. The research generated user-driven insights about causes for usability issues and how to improve them.To ensure that the client would be able to transfer the insights to their product development process, we used a human-centered design approach to create the final report. We were mindful of visualizing and communicating the insights in a comprehensible way. We also provided concise recommendations for improvements with examples.

As part of the reception, I was responsible for variety of on-site administrative tasks. It was key for me to provide excellent communication, coordination and overall service for external partners, guests, and colleagues.I assisted a scientific research project, where I was responsible of the initial and final cognitive testing of 30+ research participants. The purpose of the study was to test the effectiveness of a new rehabilitation program for people with acquired brain inquiry.
