Analyzed trends and conducted research, focus groups and assessments for synthesis and translation into system-wide recommendations, programs, and workshops that built regional leadership capacity, enhanced community volunteer/stafff relationships and standardized organizaional practices and policies nationwide.

Responsible for re-conceptualizing volunteerism as an intentional behavior and standardizing volunteer management practices nationwide. Initiated the design of theory-based and market-based approach to volunteer management practices nationwide.
