I am an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong commercial understanding and a creative mindset. At Itera, I am responsible for strategic, tactical, and operational marketing activities, driven by the goal of creating targeted campaigns, sponsorships, and events that position and elevate the company's brand, always with a customer-centric approach.With my analytical approach and curiosity for technology, I introduced and implemented Inbound marketing methodologies and HubSpot to consolidate all marketing initiatives and external communication channels into one platform. I work with data-driven marketing in close collaboration with sales and subject matter experts.Since my early days at Itera, I have played a crucial role in employer branding efforts, contributing significantly to developing the company's corporate profile as a preferred employer. In 2020, Itera was named the "climber of the year" among IT companies in Universum's survey of Norway's most attractive employers.I have a passion for efficiency, process optimization, resource management, as well as team leadership and building. I have established an operational marketing and communication team across the company's locations and borders to improve information flow, resource utilization, and collaboration, and foster a positive global culture.
