My 25+ years of experience in the software development industry have allowed me to develop many skills. As Quality Assurance Manager, I was responsible for managing internal and customer stakeholder expectations and ensuring successful execution of testing projects. I was responsible for managing testing staff assigned to client projects, test project tracking (schedule, effort, cost & quality), and collecting & measuring project metrics.As GSA's Educational Director, I managed GSA's educational program whose goal was to offer training to individuals wishing to learn more about the GSA open standards protocols. This role allowed me to enhance my leadership, business planning, financial management, partnership management and presentation skills. In my prior position with Spielo/GTECH, my position focused on leading the Analysis and Design of Communication protocols. My work at Spielo and GTECH has allowed me to gain a lot of domain knowledge about the gaming industry (racino, lottery, casino).In October of 2009, I obtained my Master in Business Administration (MBA), a diploma I was working towards through part-time studies.
