How we build self-confidence, challenge ourselves to develop and unfold, how to ensure good experiences and excellent performance, have been a common thread throughout my athletic career, student life and professional career within leadership and board work.I have experience from management, leadership and board positions within financial services, recycling and chemical industry, research and technology. The last decade my work has been as a performance advisor and executive coach for management and founders in a variety of businesses, in addition to holding board positions.I have broad experience with proven results from operational business development, process transformation and optimalization, and general management and leadership within financial and industrial services, as well as the media industry. My work has always been in the interface technology/business development, and has given me extensive experience from performance management and as an advicer for executives and businessowners.Strategic planning and execution through involvement of team and partners are key strengths. Technical engineering background, combined with strategic- and financial education, gives me an analytical, operational and result focused approach to find solutions in various fields of business areas. My own experience as leader over several years, together with studies in psychology, gives me a fundament of experience and academic knowledge in my work as an advisor and executive coach developing people in becoming resilient leaders.I work well with individual and teams, build trust and communicate well with stakeholders. My education and experience in working with research based, and proven, performance training models and tools, have given me the opportunity to help individuals to reach their potential and perform at their best as individuals and in teams.
