Key responsibilities:• Tracking and regulating payments for the assigned portfolio of clients• Proactively calling clients and reminding them to make their payments to ensure adherence to payment schedules• Identifying and implementing the most effective debt collection strategies when payments are overdue.

Key responsibilities within the Investigations and Enforcement Department:• Analyzing tax returns of individual and non-individual tax payers from the KRA iTax system.• Analyzing tax payers’ bank statements • Carrying out third party data analysis to establish wrong declarations of tax returns.• Analyzing motor vehicle data to give insight on fraudulent registration.• Profiling suspected tax law offenders and opening prosecution files for them.• Report writing
