Running the reception single-handedly in a large city based fine dining restaurant. In charge of all reservations and floor planning, also organizing and managing private or corporate events on site for up to 200 guests; liaising with clients as well as chefs and Beverage Managers to put together suitable menus according to the taste and budget of each client.
