Finance Manager• Handle full set of accounts.• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly closing of account, including audit schedules and financial statements.• Maintain and reconcile of fixed asset listing.• Execute reasonableness test before submission of GST.• Record TR transaction in cash flow forecast to ensure sufficient fund for repayment and avoid late payment fee.• Ad-hoc duties assign by Directors.• Manage annual stocktake.• Liaise with banker, Auditor, Company Secretary, Tax Agent & etc• Assist on renewal of lease (JTC)• In charge of HR function, e.g. prepare payroll, renew work permit, submit CPF, income tax submission for staff to IRAS using Info-tech software.• Handle renewal road tax and inspection of motor vehicles.
