Have visited all the top semiconductor companies like Intel, IBM, TI, Motorola, Sony, Hitachi, Toshiba, STMicroelectronics, Philips, TSMC, UMC, around the world.Years of technical experiences on materials science, semiconductor processing, and optoelectronic device development. 78 granted US patents, five Chinese patents, and 30 publications. Co-authored a book “Entrepreneur Spirit and Group Innovation---Study of Silicon Valley” in 2002 (创业精神与创新集群---硅谷的启示)Authored a book “Innovation Race” in 2009（创新竞赛）（both books are published in Chinese）.
