Land Access And Stakeholders Engagement Representative
Current- search databases and prepare Land Access & Activity Notice(LAAN) of LiFD1 & LiFD2 to the owner or occupier, respective strata management or Body Corporate, as well as Council, Road Authority & Rail Authority in accordance with client requirements and government/council regulations (Unify, BDOD & N2P) - Be familiar with the statutory requirements to support the Land Access deliverables- Ensure the implementation of land access procedures that meet statutory and work management requirements- conduct desktop assessment including State/Local Heritage, Aboriginal Cultural Heritage and environmental issues by searching databases/ finding relevant information to determine potential impacts on project area.- liaise with the Project Team, as and when required, to discuss the feasibility of redesigning infrasture works to better accommodate environmental/ Aboriginal sites constraints.- liaise with the relevant owners/occupiers on the ground to facilitate site inspection/ installation
