Responsible for steering the reviewer-focused team within the in-house publishing platform to deliver valuable and usable products to reviewers within the peer review model. In 4 months we had 150k users engage with the platform and it continues to grow. Putting in place ambitious OKRs, involving stakeholders and users on the journey to ensure we meet business and user needs. Tracking and celebrating successes when we hit our targets. Establishing a continuous discovery process, and fostering a collaborative environment and relationships within the team and working with others.

Responsible for the product strategy and roadmap of the client-facing web platform that distributes GS research content to over 130k institutional clients. Oversaw a team of product managers, connecting the dots between products and ensuring the product vision was always in sight. As a member of the Product bar raiser community, I gave feedback on firmwide initiatives.

As the bridge between content and product, I was responsible for the product strategy to launch the client-facing GS Research distribution platform. This included the design of the research products across all channels, curation tools, components and templates for pages, search and subscriptions, and the content architecture. I also collaborated with Global Banking and Markets product team to launch the GSNow mobile app offering markets and research insights.
