Senior Global R&D Director, Ashland Specialty AdditivesResponsible for progressing and executing Ashland Specialty Additives R&D innovation strategy; Lead global R&D team in advancing Ashland innovative technology platforms and driving the progression of Ashland Specialty Additives innovation pipeline. Responsible for developing and executing the R&D project portfolio to support regional business plan on volume and profit on time, and maintain a good balance on product defense and innovation growth opportunities2. Responsible to build up the innovation pipeline for Asia/Pacific regional growth opportunities, through differentiated technology platforms along with future product platform improvements to meet upcoming market requirements in the rapid developing regions3.
