Participated the company set up and established the finance and accounts system; familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP, responsibility for all finance work ﹡Prepare and submit the local reports and Global management reports on time it include final report with analysis and account management ﹡In charge of inter-company accounts , communicate with other site in good relationship, solve some question about inter-company and prepare the inter-company report ﹡Prepare the company annual forecast and quarterly forecast, to do the analysis for actual compare with forecast ﹡Responsible for the annual audit, liaise with the auditors to handle all audit matters; deal with government department annual examinations ﹡Handle the finance daily work, check the account entries, accrue the cost, check bank balance, communicate with other function to solve the finance matter and so on ﹡Work with engineers to fellow up the R&D project. Familiar with AR, AP, cost, WIP, salary and fixed assets account; prepare the management reports and analysis; familiar with PRC tax.﹡Prepare the management reports to the finance manager, help him to do some analysis for the general manager; ﹡Responsible for tracking high value project development;﹡Actual and budget expends analysis help the department managers to control the expends;﹡Participate finance budget with finance manager.
