Throughout my career, I am known to be a team worker who has a knack for attention to details and numbers. In my last air fare and ticket consultant job at Helloworld Travel, I was awarded for outstanding achievement in the company for four consecutive years before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The unexpected world event had catalysed my difficult decision to farewell my 13 years of travel industry career and transit to the banking industry 2 years ago. I am now a relationship advisor at Beyond Bank Australia who provide exceptional customer service and advice to customers on their banking needs and goals. I am passionate about building trust and rapport, and finding innovative ways to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I am also committed to learning and growing in my field of expertise, and to supporting the mission and vision of Beyond Bank as a customer-owned and values-driven organisation. My passion with numbers and my drive to further develop my skills and competencies has prompted me to study Commerce with University of South Australia. I am open to new opportunities to grow in my career and to make a positive impact in banking, business and accounting sectors.
