The current position is as a consultant to the store GM, providing assistance in the implementation of human resources and administrative policies and procedures. Mainly responsible for work contents:1.Provide guidance and advice to the store GM in HR filed, regarding company’s culture and policy.2.Help the GM and the regional HRM with respect to the personnel allocation strategy of human resources planning, implementation of the mall to adjust the labor structures, allocate reasonably of full-time and part-time workers of the store, and take control of the labor cost.3.according to labor market, to make the recruitment process for different levels, and to ensure all the issues about HR is legal. Conduct new employee entry procedures and provide necessary documentation.4.Store staff training, including but not limit to salary/personnel system, new staff training, etc., and help carrying out business training and regional team training.5.manage the social insurance and housing accumulation fund for all the staff and maintenance workers.6.salary management, such as the wages, overtime pay, turnover rate data analysis, data preparation reports etc .7.Coordinate and organize annual employee engagement survey, set up meeting schedule and help to make action plan.8.help the GM to evaluate performance of all staff9.provide support to manage the market rewards and punishment system, follow up the contract renewal process, the resignation of staff exit interview, and provide the necessary information to leave the settlement.10.ensure all the operate in HR field is legal, and follow up the unit's complaint and special case handling, provide data and evidence to support for arbitration cases .11.provide a good environment in store for the employee growth and career development.12.Take the responsibility of administrative work, including attendance management, materials management, holiday welfare, help the CA team to deal with government affairs
