I have also driven integrations with key partners, expanding our last-mile delivery capabilities, marketplace reach, B2B initiatives, and even integrations with our pharmacies, tire sales and Payment Gateways. It's about using technology to create synergies. My core belief is that success comes from empowering people, streamlining processes, and using technology smartly. I want companies to move faster, get better results, and never stop finding new ways to improve. Data and digital literacy are essential, and I push that throughout the organization.My whole focus is making sure these tech and data strategies actually support our big business goals – not just change for change's sake.
