TLM for Enterprise Infra - Enable enterprise-grade solutions for Snorkel Flow1. Spearheaded the formation and establishment of the Enterprise Infrastructure team, defining team identity and charter to align with organizational goals.2. Successfully led multiple cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Engineering and GTM teams to unblock key customer deals with significant revenue implications.3. Worked closely with Engineering and Product leadership to drive team roadmap and prioritization, ensuring alignment with company objectives.4. Championed internal security best practices, including security scanning and vulnerability resolution automation, while contributing to compliance efforts such as SOC2 and HIPAA.5. 1. Build Enterprise class Backup Solution for GKE from ground up.2. Enabling Enterprise Data Protection on Kubernetes-based application/workloads on various Kubernetes environment (e.g. GKE, On premise).3. Owned the delivery and launch of multiple critical E2E workflows. The efforts includes research, CUJ, technical design, project planning, prototyping, implementation, comprehensive testing and automated releasing.

1. Managed and maintained the reliability and performance of Google Cloud Storage, one of the world's largest globally distributed storage system with exabytes of data. This system is used heavily within Google, as well as offered as external service through Google Cloud Platform, serving as one of the key backbones of the internet.2. Owned critical component of this massive storage system - Networking. Managed all the effort around networking (over tens of Tbps usage) for GCS, including road-mapping, capacity planning, monitoring and automation. Collaborated across functions and product areas to ensure the reliability and performance of network.3. Designed and implemented critical routing technology within the system with huge business impact and ensure reliability even with massive growth of the system.4. Assisted external customers with the planning and launchings with GCS, ensuring smooth onboarding process. Represent Google Cloud Storage at external conferences (GCP Next in Singapore)5. Owned and drove internal capacity planning process for GCS and helped design and improve automation process.6. • Developed security-related software under Customer Protection Service, which provides fundamental security infrastructure for the entire Amazon Retail Website. • Help developed access control and resource permission management software for all AWS usage from Amazon Retail Website, which is the largest customer of AWS by far. Very familiar with AWS's access control and logging related services (IAM, Cloudtrail, KMS, etc)• Major contributor of a high performance, high availability and high scalability internal secured storage solution. Clients of this product would be able to encrypt/decrypt large payload at thousands of TPS in a single host.• Designed and drove the development of the self-service onboarding tool for the aforementioned product, which enabled clients to start using our product with minimal effort. We saw a 300% increase in adoption rate after the launch of self-service, which also reduced the manual effort to bare minimum. • Successfully mentored interns in two consecutive summers, both of whom received return offer and decided to come back because of the positive experience.
