Coordinating of Erection work Preparing Gantt chart with help of Technical team. Get follow up Purchase team for Transporting Machineries and Material to site. Monitoring , Reviewing and Updating the Gantt chart on weekly basis and Escalating issues to Respective departments with continuous follow up. Verifying the bill with GRN. Coordinate with site Persons through calls and messages daily and collect the reports. Verifying the bill with GRN. Arranging necessities for site work and site persons.Coordinating of Site Operation work Monitoring of Manpower, Machineries, Earthmover, Administration, Processing of MSW and its disposal. Resolve and take necessary actions by escalating issues to concern department or Trouble shoot required. Perform pro-active. Handles all Production incident requests and process them as per procedure. Enhancement, Implementation and Support of site operations. Working as Bridge for site and Head office. Addressed operation Queries and provide solutions for the same through technical director. Make a reports daily and submit to Management.

 To Analyse the Data and Client-Site Measurements. To Draw the 2D Site Plan as per Client requirements. To calculate the Materials Costing. Perform Design Calculations and Layouts for approval. Explain the Design & Plan to site Engineers. To 3D view for client. Weekly once site visit to check the measurements as per drawings. To check the Quality also on that visit. Meeting Conduct with Site Persons regarding drawings & works regularly. Daily reports submitted to Management and Clients.
