My main duties fall under the company's accounting and finance department. However, I also contribute to the company in many other aspects. One of them is using my programming skills to help the company improve efficiency, more specifically, extending our Google spreadsheets using Google Apps Script. Highlights:- Built an inventory management system using Google Sheets and Apps Script to create new items, adjust item quantities, record transactions, and many other operations that save 70% of daily manual effort.- Implemented a format converter using Apps Script to automate the process of processing charter school invoices into the company’s accounting system, reducing weekly processing time by 50%, from 10 hours to 5 hours.- Created a class management system with Google Sheets and Apps Script, working with Google Calendar and Gmail to reduce weekly manual effort by 90%.
