• Lead BA in the development lifecycle of FX trade surveillance alert scenarios from requirements gathering till the production release. Work collaboratively with surveillance senior management, compliance SMEs, BLC and IT across the globe to define, prioritize and address surveillance-related needs and projects.• Write business requirements document, UAT test cases and defect tracker of the alert scenarios. Conduct independent testing over the alert display, threshold logic and list functionality and threshold calibration exercise using SQL and Excel. Review and verify the functional specifications provided by IT are aligned with the requirement.• Work on the FCA market abuse and market price manipulation alert scenarios including front running, spoofing, layering, ramping and hammering, stop loss orders, wash trades, partial fills and marking the close etc.• Work with benchmark index control group to implement benchmark surveillance scenarios to satisfy the CFTC requirements and the benchmark reforms.• Conduct effectiveness review of the surveillance scenarios within the Forex, Fixed Income and Equities programmes. Reviewed the SEC rule-based scenarios such as ISO snapshot latency, duplicative orders and Rule144A.• Track project milestones, risks and issues within the surveillance programs and prepare bi-weekly project status report for the management board meeting.• Perform ad-hoc analysis to address Audit requests.
