• Lead the integrated marketing communication campaign for UK Now Festival, which is the biggest ever British arts festival held in China.
• Successfully built the Festival's presence in China. As a result, 4 million people attended the events physically and 248 million people were reached through the Internet, social network and other media channels.
• Overall manage the advertising agency in terms of creative quality, campaign result, scope of work, staffing plan and payment.
• Supervise the digital campaign, including the website building, maintenance & traffic driving, social network marketing, email marketing, mobile application building and search engine marketing.
• Direct the press strategy and lead internal PR team in 4 offices and cooperated with a number of major media partners in China.

• Carried out more than 15 new product launch campaigns for Motorola. Managed and participated more than 5 times of TVC production, 15 times print image shooting / retouching, and 3 times radio ads recording / production.
• Assisted Account Director to roll out the 1st local-developed Siemens corporate branding advertising campaign in Mainland China.
• Co-worked with Great Wall Wine marketing team and led agency team to compose the bidding document for the application of 2008 Beijing Olympic Supplier. Eventually, Great Wall Wine won the bid.
