In my role as director of Linguistico, I like to be "hands-on" in every aspect of the business. It not only keeps it interesting but helps to ensure that the business continues to grow by providing consistent, quality service.

In my role as a lawyer at Allens, I undertook specialist work as an insolvency and insurance / reinsurance litigator. A great team of Senior Associates and Partners helped me to learn about the law, my relevant industries and legal practice in Australia. The time at Allens also gave me an opportunity to work in-house in the insurance industry at Chubb. It was a fantastic experience to find out what life was like on the other side of the legal fence. In addition, while translating legal documents from French to English on behalf of clients, I saw a clear niche in the market and formulated the plans for starting Linguistico.
