During my work at ReachOS, I refactored the functional architecture of event workflow, 3D objects, and blockchain-related functions. Worked with other leaders to further standardize and optimize the development process and tried to apply these results to more automated management.I also started approaching management problems using the first-principle method, designing a responsive system to achieve better management goals.
