My main work has been centred on developing and applying Mass Spectrometry based CEllular Thermal Shift Assay (MS-CETSA, also known as Thermal Proteome Profiling, TPP) for systematic study of ligand/drug target deconvolution and protein interaction dynamics in cell system, more specifically:• Help to establish a multiplexed quantitative mass spectrometry platform and the protocols• In charge of the operation and maintenance of two ThermoFisher Scientific Q Exactive series Orbitrap mass spectrometers• Develop customized R package for the processing of proteomics data, conduct in-house user training workshops• Explore the dynamics of protein interaction states in the context of cell cycle progression and cancer development• Engage in many ligand/drug target deconvolution themed projects with academic collaborators and industrial partners
