- Price control of hospital departments: IVF, ENT, Pediatrics, Dental, Orthopedic, Psychotherapy …- Evaluate effectiveness of price policy based on sales revenue and customer feedback- Contract negotiation & service support for international business partners: IOM, HFMP

- Prepare financial appraisal report on contract value before signing ceremony with strategic partners/ customers to ensure financial principles.- Evaluate impact of new service selling price on revenue. Analyze the effectiveness on pricing mechanism of current/new service, propose plans to improve.- Prepare and submit for approval Annual Price plan- Quarterly and annual report on price change and price impact to BoD- Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability- Working closely with other teams to closely track movements in costs, and to ensure that their methodology complies with company policies and profit maximization.- Analyzing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels- Assisting in creating promotional campaigns- Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors- Develops a system of communication, documentation and review of internal and external comparative pricing data- Hosting of Pricing Committee’s meeting regularly (quarterly)- Prepare other ad-hoc reports on pricing as required by CEO, CFO.

 Responsible for the set-up and application of service/ product price in company. Identifies and communicates major gaps and recommends best working solutions between departments regarding to service price.
