Current• Demonstrate excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail by creating and modifying over 2000 student files with final grades and academic assessments, ensuring information confidentiality. • Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills by efficiently managing high student volumes while maintaining effective communication to provide clear guidance to current and prospective students on Asper program requirements and curriculum changes• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Asper’s policies and program requirements by reviewing course registration histories, assessing students' performance, and conducting follow-ups via phone and email to ensure student compliance with academic guidelines.• Collaborate with a team of 5 advisors to develop tailored solutions for students regarding registration and program issues, reflect strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others in a professional and respectful manner. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as reflected by acting as a primary point of contact for students, staff, and the general public to provide accurate information on Asper School of Business policies and procedures.• Strong computer proficiency, demonstrated by learning and utilizing the functions of Aurora Student Information System, UMAchieve degree audit tools, and Microsoft Office to advisor students.
