Main responsibilities:• Contract Management: Design high-level contract strategy, undertake research, and consult with key stakeholders to shape contract management procedure, guidelines, and process improvements. Maintain sustainable contract management practices aligned with Mainstream Global Development Standards, process, policy, financial integrity, and probity. Ensure outcomes of contract management activities are aligned to Mainstream's objectives and budgets.• Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs to ensure the project meets financial goals and operates within budget constraints.• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental standards relevant to renewable energy projects to ensure the project complies with local laws and regulations.• Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks that could affect the project's performance or financial viability. This includes operational risks, market risks, and regulatory risks.• Stakeholder Communication: Effective communication with stakeholders including investors, project developers, government agencies, and local communities. Clear communication ensures alignment on project objectives and resolves issues promptly.• Environmental and Social Responsibility: Awareness of environmental impacts associated with renewable energy projects and strategies to minimize them, especially good at community relations and stakeholder engagement.• Reporting and Documentation: Preparation of regular reports on project performance, financial metrics, and compliance status. More than 1GW of the pipeline is already constructed. This makes this Irish company one of the largest independent renewable developers, particularly of offshore wind, in the world.Main responsibilities:- Political and regulatory risk management, external engagement and thought leadership for Vietnam market, providing advice on brand and reputation management, and interaction with government and other decision makers.- Market Intelligent to study, report for company strategies.- Find new opportunities and make the report and join the DD process.- Present about project process from greenfield to COD.

- Truong Thanh Power & High Technology JSC (TTP) is a subsidiary of TTVN Group who focus on renewable energy sector - Brought 3 solar power projects with total capacity of 357 MWp into COD in June 2019 and now maintaining & operating them without any curtailment- Currently developing and investing in 900 MWp solar farms & solar rooftop and 1.6 GW offshore wind farms.- 175 MW of wind power will be COD by 2021.- In charged from Greenfield to Ready-To-Build stage (Master Plan, FS, PPA, Construction Permit, Financial Close, COD procedures) and assist in design & construction stage- Working with all Stakeholders (Government, Authorities, MOIT, EVN, Foreign Partners, Banks, Consultants, Contractors, Law Firms, Internal Department). Work and report directly to BOD and Board of Management- In charged of the whole M&A procedures with foreign partners (selecting partners, DD, negotiating SPA/SHA/JDA, transferring procedures)
