Change Management Notifications (Power Automate/Outlook/SharePoint/Excel/Azure DevOps/SIT/UAT)I used Power Automate to create the flow that automatically sends out an email (notification) to users when the change request is approved. From that, I have learned so much, and been able to understand the whole process. Starting from reading and analyzing the project requirements, creating flow using Power Automate, and integrating with Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Azure DevOps. After that, I did the SIT (System Integration Testing), then UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Documentation.At Hollard, I belong to the RPA team and get chances to work in a team with many experienced people and in a professional workplace. I attend sprint planning and a daily stand-up every day to make sure the progress of the project is on track.

- IT support & Administration, Web designing, Web administrator, and content social management.- Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with the Tipps curriculum. - Screen, hire, train, motivate and develop instructors for maximum student engagement and efficiency. - Day-to-day operations and managing all aspects of the centre. - Oversee student progress through regular assessments and diagnosis, development of learning plans, and documentation of progress.

Human Resource Management System (May 2018 - August 2018)This is my internship project at IVS Co., Ltd. / インディビジュアルシステムズ株式会社 Company. I used my knowledge in database design and development to design and create the database after it was approved by my supervisor. I used Laravel Framework to create the Human Resource Management Website which means I have more time to work on the MVC model, Laravel Framework, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The main function of this project is to manage resources.
