Recruitment & Business Partner• Report directly to the HR Director.• Belong to the DMC department, primarily responsible for recruiting activities for the VietnamWorks unit business. Recruit for all positions, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, Legal, and Business Analysis.• Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening and pre-selecting resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers, inputting candidate information in the HR system, collecting employee documents, and generating offer letters.• Connect and work closely with the Marketing department for all campaigns, such as Company tours and events for universities focusing on interview skills and career development.• Understand the situation of Business Units, the market, and related matters in order to effectively advise the Sales Lead or Hiring Manager to have market information.• Stay on top of managing job advertisements on the company's website and internal referral program.• Collaborate with the Sourcing team of Navigos Search business to conduct searches for various projects to support their clients.

Recruitment (70%)• Manage full-circle recruitment at all levels both Expatriate and Local (B2B, E-commerce, Sales, back office, etc.)• Collaborate with line managers to work out the detail job descriptions and manage evaluations following candidate interviews.• Propose solutions/recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates and keep track of recruitment fees.• Manage/prepare all probation contracts and new hire checklists. Maintaining a record and storing employees' information in hard copy in a systematic manner;• Initiate and implement Employer Branding programs• Develop the internal training plan for the year• Establish and maintain good relationships with universities or suitable channels such as recruitment website, social media, or headhunter to support recruiting activities and branding to attract qualified candidates• SAP USER: Update general data and employee files in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements. Ensure data quality is maintained and take corrective action where necessary. • After the customer has agreed to the basic terms, plan the contract by consulting with the managers, coordinating with other departments to complete the contract, having a plan to sign the contract, and saving the contracts.• Monitor and supervise the recovery of customer debts, as well as follow up on customer payment schedules in order to coordinate with the accountant in order to carry out payment procedures.• Prepare quotations, draft contracts, and manage all types of contracts• Help with order processing via email and phone, as well as receiving orders• Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary• Prepares documents for the import procedure; and • Checks inventory and generates sales reports on a monthly basis. • Other tasks delegated by the Line Manager included: preparing weekly and monthly income and profit reports...
