Hello, I'm Linh Pham, and my journey from an average working family in Vietnam to pursuing higher education in America has defined my resilience and determination. With a background in finance and banking, I spent 9 years as a Senior Officer in the Trade Finance Department at Vietnam International Bank. I have processed and managed international trade documents worth millions of dollars for import and export clients of diverse industries, including agriculture, commodities, textiles, iron and steel, and finished retail goods.Moving to America 7 years ago presented challenges - language barriers, cultural adjustments, and above all, the responsibility of being a full-time mother of two children ages 6 and 4. Despite these obstacles, I pursued higher education in Accounting at Santa Ana College. Balancing my roles, I excelled in my classes, gaining valuable skills. My vision is clear: to secure a stable future for my family by obtaining an Accounting degree.Guided by my core values of responsibility, reliability, and commitment, I'm on track to graduate with my AS degree in Spring 2024. My goal is to achieve financial independence and support my family. Through this educational journey, I have found a renewed passion for contributing to a meaningful career.I am determined to apply my skills and knowledge in accounting to make a difference.
