In charge of SHUI, PIT, Labor report and employee data management on Cadena system for a single account of over 1,700 headcounts

In charge of hiring interns for 6 brands (creative & media) of dentsu, including back-office positions:• Conduct 1st round interview• Arrange interviews for hiring managers• Conduct pre onboarding processSupport TA Lead & TA Advisor for higher positions:• Arrange interviews and act as a contact point between hiring managers and candidates

• Prepare materials and set up the classroom• Ensure the student retention rate of at least 50% for each class• Supervise students and demonstrate activities• Translate teacher's comments, grade homework, and complete other admin tasks before the deadline• Communicate with parents directly and via phone calls, interpret when required• Take care of the students inside and outside the classroom
