Linh is a highly accomplished and innovative senior-level executive with 30+ years of progressive experience in directing US and International oil & gas businesses, hydrogen companies, P&L management, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and EPC (engineering, procurement and construction). Linh has demonstrated the ability to combine visionary, strategic, tactical, financial, business turnaround and business expertise to more than triple bottom-line results. He has led significant cost reductions, business turnarounds, re-engineering, AI implementation, energy transition and provided leadership during the most challenging economic situations. Linh has demonstrated his ability to succeed in any number of environments. He has served in leadership roles for both National and International Oil Companies, leadership of a start-up, led large crisis management teams, public/ private Boards and mega EPC projects. Linh has a talent for strategy and innovation development which supports organizational transformation. In addition to his leadership as CEO/ Chairman for Fluitron, Linh’s notable jobs include the Regional CEO for McDermott’s successful turnaround of the Middle East and North Africa business and being a key leader in BP’s Macondo Spill Resource. As the resource unit leader for the BP Macondo Response, he received the CEO award for Leadership. Linh recently joined the Board of Ascend Elements and is still on the board of advisors to ZDaly.Linh holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Irvine and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
