From a young age, I've helped and worked at whatever business venture they decided to open, so I've been exposed to people my entire life. I LOVE working with others - customers, co-workers, vendors - it doesn't matter who they are as long as I was able to interact with them. Maybe I'm too extroverted! Even so, that experience has shaped me into who I am today. I am passionate about learning, leading others, and constantly improving. My goals revolve around customer satisfaction, increased productivity, customer and employee engagement, and organizational growth.Over the last few years at RoviSys, I've gained a plethora of technical experience in the Chemicals and Specialty Materials industry under the umbrella of automation and data analytics. From working on the shop floor in Rockwell systems (FactoryTalk View, Batch, PLCs, etc) to batch design, deep-diving into Manufacturing Execution Systems, serving as a Functional Analyst for MES projects, to Project/Program Management and Sales - I am able to help lead others into doing the same. My background is unique in that I started in the "Controls Automation" space, and moved into a Leadership role in the MES space and continue to make an impact there.My focus is primarily to guide younger engineers and developers, in customer success, and to cultivate more Automation & MES opportunities within our organization. I strive to be organized, purposeful, and ambitious. I thrive in the success of others, as I thrive in growth and progress.
