After completion of the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport project, returned to Dallas Headquarters office to join project teams for various contracts throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Contract Manager for a joint venture firm assigned to Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport TRIP (Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program). The project currently has a base contract amount exceeding $1B. This position assumed via internal transfer within a group of companies.

Responsible for administrating daily operations of a heavy civil and underground utility self-performing general contractor. This position was assumed via an internal transfer within the group of companies.

Responsible for purchasing and logistics as well as project coordination for international multi-family residential project. At project end was transferred to a sister company.

Project administrator for several multi-family residential projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Contract amounts exceeded $10M.

Transferred to the Austin satellite office to assume position from employee who resigned. Provided project administration support for multi-family residential projects as well as student housing at University of Texas at San Antonio. Additional duties included office management of satellite office.

Project administration for several multi-family residential projects from start-up to close out. Total units built exceeds 2,000 and total contract amount exceeds $100M. Projects ranged from private development to military housing as well as Department of Housing and Urban Development funding and processing.
