I am the co-Founder and CEO of Career Pass Institute, a leading job search strategy platform for international students and immigrant communities in the US. My life mission is to support highly motivated students to maximize potentials and achieve their desired entry career opportunities. What motivated me to do this as I have worked very hard to land my first job in management consulting at EY in New York with the goal to support my mom & family after my father passed away when I was 17. During that challenging job search journey to apply to most competitive corporations, I have received many support from my mentors and I was inspired to pay this forward. In the past years, our team have successful coached hundreds of students to land internship and full-time jobs in the computer science, data analytics, digital marketing and accounting & finance fields at the prestigious corporations such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, BCG, LEK, Amazon, Facebook, Etsy, NVIDIA, Autodesk, Ogilvy, Group M, Havas Group, v.v.Professionally, I have over 10 years of strategy consulting experiences at PwC and EY in New York City. My experiences focus on business strategy, training, change management and M&A integration. Before that, I worked at the BlackRock Investment Management Group and KPMG. Outside of work, I also dedicate my time to serve as Leader of the Career & Professional Development Committee, Association of Vietnamese Student and Professional in the United States (AVSPUS). I have led the team to organize many career conferences for Vietnamese students in Vietnam and the US. The career conferences attracted the participation of more than 500 attendees, 50 high-profile senior executives, professionals and 40 prestigious employer representatives. I have been recognized recently by General Ambassador of Vietnam to the US – Mr. Phạm Quang Vinh for my dedication to the organization and young Vietnamese community in the US.I also served as Co-VP of Ascend - Philadelphia. Ascend is one of largest professional associations in the US and Canada that enables its members, corporate partners and the community to realize the leadership potential of Pan-Asian in global corporations. While at college, I was awarded the Excellent Leadership Scholarship at Ascend National Convention in recognition of my contribution to the development of the Ascend student chapter. I was also a scholar of Diversity Leadership Summit at Harvard Business School and participated as a Scholar of White House Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders Youth Leadership.
