- Plan trips for over 150 daily FTL for Toronto and Ottawa distribution centers using JDA TMS. - Responsible for preparing daily reports on delivery performance to senior management.- Assist senior management and store managers with troubleshooting day-to-day operational challenges.- Provide support to the Coordinator team as and when required.

- Take full ownership of the Storage Cube Capacity Planning models across Canada- Provide live view and forecasted monthly volume of the distribution centers- Visualize forecast data to determine opportunities for improvement based on capacity constraints- Model how inbound shipments, new layout, product catalog or warehouse infrastructure changes impact capacity and provide feedback to cross-organizational teams- Advise and drive alignment between Supply Chain and Operations leadership- Support Launch’s storage initiatives and Real Estate’s purchasing plan

- Apply analytics principles to create a product layout for 150 outdoor bulk floor SKUs based on pick frequency, purchase pattern, volume, and size- Create a layout design for a warehouse facility of 60,000 square feet using meaningful insights retrieved from historical data by applying creativity and critical thinking

- Carry out clerical, logistic, and administrative duties and support Warehouse and Office Supervisors – Inbound & Outbound- Coordinate carrier bookings, follow through the duration of the order and communicate with the Customer Service team, both positive and negative occurrences as required.- Use analytical skills to collaborate with Post Order Management team to investigate Complaints and RMAs in a timely manner- Perform daily consolidations, resulting in a freight reduction of $15,000 within the first 2 months- Manage all inbound shipments in coordination with freight carriers and brokers, prepare and process import documents within the required timeframe and assist supervisors to resolve all receiving issues
