Accomplishments:- Be promoted to be Developer Team Leader in a team of 5 people (~2-3 months)- Have ability to review bugs and assign tasks based on team members' skills (basic)- Have high responsibility in work. (e.g: once my PM came to me and ask if I can go to Malaysia (we were in VietNam) to work directly with our customer because deadline needs to be met and next morning, I flied to Malaysia and worked there for almost 2 months)- Have ability to well communicate with direct customer, customers' tester team.- Be careful in working (commit files, diff before update, comment, etc)- Have ability to adapt quickly with new frameworks. In this company, I was working through 3 projects. Each of them required different technology (complicated EJB then a not-new but low popularity - Stripes, then ExtJs - extension javascript)- Have ability to read quickly source code and be able to modify it.- Have willing to support people. - Have ability to observe and self-learning things- Have willing to be more productive in work- High teamwork spiritAchievements:First project: Good feedback from our customer for coding quality and my team leader evaluated me 4/5 for my performance. Second project: We got 100 CSS for our delivered code from our customer. Third project: Good feedback for my enthusiastic and quick support in veryfing bug reports, hot-fixing bugs, solve server issues, well communicate with tester team and direct customer.

Time-sheet Management System is a system support users to create, review, approve, reject working time report of Developers, Team Leaders, Project Manages to tracking and review their project’s progress.Accomplishments:I worked in this project as a full-time trainee for 2 months. I learned how to work in a software development team by getting adapted with a source code management tool (Visual SourceSafe), a new framework named NHibernate and experience in Java programming - what I was learning in my Bachelor’s University. Technology: Java, Nhibernate.
