 Responsible for implementation of “Cohen Brown- Sale and Service Methodology” in VIB which is transferred from Commonwealth of Australia.  Responsible for follow up, provide coaching, training and feedback to Regional Manager, Branch Manager about implementation of Sale and Service Methodology.  Assisting Regional Manager, Branch Manager in Coaching staff and help to indentify selling opportunities within daily business as usual activities.  Support Commonwealth Bank specialist in translation, running workshop, conference and branch visit.
