About Linh Vu

I'm a 2nd-year Master student in Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University, looking for Summer 2025 full time opportunities in Semiconductor industry, targeting Equipment, Process, Integration, and Materials Development. With previous experiences in Materials Development at Intel, Structural Analysis at CFS, and Molecular Dynamics simulation research, I'm looking forward to contribute my simulation and data analysis skills.     • Undergraduate Research Assistant under the supervision of Professor Niaz Abdolrahim • Examined the phase transformation of Molybdenum nanowire (20nm long) under tensile loading. Successfully proposed optimal conditions to increase the structure’s ductility to 80% strain while experiencing a second elastic region with a higher yield stress by 100%.• Utilized MD simulations through LAMMPS and Ovito to simulate the deformation of the nanowires.
