I'm a 2nd-year Master student in Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University, looking for Summer 2025 full time opportunities in Semiconductor industry, targeting Equipment, Process, Integration, and Materials Development. • Undergraduate Research Assistant under the supervision of Professor Niaz Abdolrahim • Examined the phase transformation of Molybdenum nanowire (20nm long) under tensile loading. Successfully proposed optimal conditions to increase the structure’s ductility to 80% strain while experiencing a second elastic region with a higher yield stress by 100%.• Utilized MD simulations through LAMMPS and Ovito to simulate the deformation of the nanowires. Optimized the running simulation time utilizing the supercomputer network Bluehive.• Generated Matlab codes to analyze stress-strain curves, calculate potential energy and surface energy to explain the phase transformation bcc-fcc-bcc and the twin boundaries formation.• 2022 Schwartz Discover Grant Awardee • Presented at the 2022 Undergraduate Research Exposium
