The project works to empower teachers to transform the classroom climate in Vietnam by introducing and integrating Restorative Practices and Circle Pedagogy

As a Lead Project Coordinator, I’m in charge of project management duties including strategic planning, coordinating personnel, and logistics. I’m familiar with designing and implementing in-country and cross-cultural experiential-based learning experiences for a variety of groups including children, youth, and adults. My professional work also required connecting, networking, and liaising with local authorities and many other CSOs in Vietnam to carry out specific duties including but not limited to preparing for legal procedures, organizing focused group discussions, and participatory evaluations. Highlight projects:- "Enhancing community capacity in the management of Bo Vo Forest Park” project collaborate with Livable Hanoi Network and Think Play Ground - aims to strengthen the voice and capacity of women in the socio-ecological public space development and management with the first Forest Park model in Hanoi, Vietnam, funded by U.S Embassy Alumni small grant.- “Service-learning for high schoolers at the Red River Bank” project – aim to foster civic engagement, increase school participation in contributing solutions to community problems, and promote nature reconnecting for students' well-being, funded by New Zealand Embassy.- "U.S.–Vietnam High School Environmental Exchange Program 2022" - A High School Youth Exchange in Celebration of the 25th Anniversary of U.S. – Vietnam Bilateral Relations, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam. - “Gen Z storytelling Gender” Training Camp - An initiative to empower Vietnamese high school students to challenge gender stereotypes, funded by VGEM (Vietnam Gender Equality Movement)

I am responsible for strategic planning and fostering communication to cultivate a diverse and healthy work environment within our organization. I am well-versed in reforming administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws, and financial planning. Additionally, my professional duties include designing training programs and providing mentorship to new employees.
