- Manage, operate, and ensure the best implementation of overall HR functions including recruiting and selection process, compensation and benefit, people development, performance review, process improvement, HR system management, employee engagement, etc.- Take part in budgeting employees' cost and office expense- Be a partner with management and work closely with employees to improve the working environment- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive packages for employees.- Oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition activities- Manage HR costs for a global team including Vietnam and Cambodia and monthly report to Group Finance.- Manage HR team to ensure the best practice of HR department activities.- Manage Office expenses.- HRIS management experience

- Responsible for all HR aspects including Recruitment, CnB, Employee Relations, Training and development.- Build HR strategies and processes. Update the market news and suggest improvements to attract potential candidates.- Implementation of hire-to-retire recruitment processes including post job, screen CVs, interview, offer, onboarding.- Create a pool of talents through recruiting activities, personal networks and other channels.- Identify Training needs, build the plan for training and developing employee- Employer branding via managing and updating company Facebook, website and social networks.- Build company culture, listen and understand employees to help them develop to align with company vision.- Manage and in charge of Social Insurance and payroll.- Support for the Admin department and organize company activities: birthday parties, decoration offices…- Other HR works assigned by the General Manager.

- Recruitment: Work directly with General Manager to understand recruitment needs, planning, and recruiting.- Cooperate with Admin department to welcome new members and organize team-building activities.- Cooperate and supervise the accounting service company to register the Social Insurance for staff. Check the PIT calculation- Calculating monthly salaries- Settle the review performance for staffs- Implement company policies- Prepare and manage company document relate to HR - Supervise and follow the working time, annual leave of staffs member
