- Communication between teams, act as the primary liaison between Japanese-speaking clients and the internal IT development team. - Gather and analyze requirements: Work closely with Japanese clients to gather and clarify their business requirements, identifying their IT needs and translating them into workflows, processes, technical specifications for the development team.- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the technical solutions meet the client’s requirements. - Perform UAT to validate that the system meets the clients' expectations and requirements before delivering to the clients. - Translate technical documentation, requirements, and system specifications between Japanese and Vietnamese.- Track project milestones and communicate updates to both the internal development team and Japanese clients to ensure project timelines are met.- Prepare and deliver project status reports, meeting minutes, and other necessary documentation in Japanese.- Ability to research open source CMSs.- Basic knowledge of databases and can write MySQL queries to manage and retrieve data.- Basic understanding of UI/UX design and can create simple mockups/designs.- Understand the fundamentals of AWS and services like EC2, S3, and RDS.Highlight projects- AI Advertisement Image Generation: Gather requirements, research AI models, test AI models. - Learning Management System: Gather requirements, research open sources, setting site, create user guide, training & support clients.- Video generation windows app: Gather requirements, create specifications, UAT.- E-commerce web system: Gather requirements, analyze business process, UAT.

- Develop and maintain relationships with Japanese language school- Act as the point of contact for partner schools, addressing their inquiries and ensuring alignment with our students.- Coordinate events which introduce Japanese language schools to students.- Act as translator in events, meeting, interviews.- Work closely with document team to ensure effectiveness in preparing documents for students.- Collect feedback from partner schools and students to improve and adjust services as needed.

• Setup facilities suitable for training process. • Create teaching structures as well as prepare teaching materials for teachers.• Organizing teachers’ working schedules. • Evaluate students’ studying and report.• Work as admissions counselor if required.
