• Assisting Managing Director all his daily tasks• Manage all the daily operation of the golf driving range, pro-shop and restaurant• Pro-shop (specialized in golf retails ): Manage directly ( purchasing, sales, merchandising, staffs….)• Build benefits, pricelist and Manage the Membership VIP List of the Golf Range• HR & Admin: responsible for the company policy, process, infrastructure for the whole company ( interior& exterior equipment, POSM, POP…..); Solving all administrator and human resource affairs: C & B build up, business license, office/shop rental, office/shop renovation, office payments, health care, social insurance, recruitment, labour license for foreign consultant; building the company policies, press release, organize company’s conference and events …; prepare and make sure the monthly cost meet budget for the whole company.• Marketing: Cooperate with some sponsors to develop their brands at our site

• Assisting CEO all his daily tasks• Coordinate, schedule, manage meetings, information and documents of companies which are managed by CEO• On behalf of CEO to run the business: Human Resources, Admin, Tax, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics and Sales. • Purchasing, Logistics & Sales:+ Manage retail sales team ( 3 shops: 1 in HCM & 2 in Ha noi ), research the market and grow suitable golf brands.+ Review and negotiate all the sales contracts + Set sales forecast/plan and make sure sales team are met+ Follow up all the shop construction with contractors, and merchandising+ Set plan & direct sales team to launch promotion program.+ Set the sales bonus to speed up the sales with the minimum cost+Manage all the shop operation (purchasing/ sales process, sales policy, VIP policy, MSRP, target, decoration, sales executive and orders ….) + Develop the wholesales of exclusive golf brand (order form, discount & rebate policy, new product launching event….)+ Negotiate all the purchasing, have a good relations with many famous golf brand ( domestic & foreign ) – including golf equipments, golf goods and golf machines.+ Manage staff HR-Admin frequently to deliver on HR-Admin services. Direct C&B daily operation include processing monthly payroll (SI, PIT, HI)• Implement recruitment process • Monitor and supervise training courses, monthly test of sales team• Set KPI and implement annual KPI assessment• Handle and solve all the internal conflict• Make the fresh and attractive working environment for the labour• Other multi tasks assigned by CEO & Report to CEO
