Our team's task was to solve one of the key issues FTA was currently facing - What should FTA do with mobile. In the project, my responsibilities and tasks included - communication with the client and other stakeholders during the project- developing a mobile strategy and mobile application features for the Finnish Tax Administration- providing recommendation how to implement the strategy - analyzing mobile application industry trends and customer behaviour in different service channels- applying best practices of mobile application business to the public organization needs- preparing client presentations and reports of results
