Strategy Development:- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance the performance and revenue growth of the campaign, focusing on enterprise banking products;- Design customer journey through various channels to support retention/acquisition;- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities;- Develop and implement social media channels, communities, and other platforms (chatbot, landing page, automation marketing, etc).
