Cooperate with project members to execute research & development approaches for creating a new beverage product that meets the pre-defined requirements of the dedicated project:- Conduct literature research for new ingredients and perform sensory screening.- Develop new prototypes and organize tasting sessions for continuous improvement. - Prepare presentations for weekly project updates and propose actions for the next stage. - Conduct sensory characterization (consensus profiling) on the most promising prototypes with trained panelists, including sample preparation, logistic organization, data analysis, and final reporting.- Coordinate the communication between LINDT and ZHAW to perform consumer tests for chosen prototypes, including sample preparation, logistic organization, and collecting data for final reporting.- Perform chemical analysis (moisture, fat, total solid content) on raw materials and developed prototypes.- Evaluate suitable parameters for product preparation and generate usage instructions for final products.- Validate suitability of declaration on the product label (functional, nutrients, and health claims)

- Facilitator of the monthly Local Innovation Progress Meeting (IPM) - Follow-up on actions from the IPM: open new projects in Principal Toolbox (PTB), capture and send out meeting minutes- Ensure all projects are in PTB (portfolio completeness) and >90% correctly filled (portfolio accuracy) - Coach local project leaders and/or signal training needs- Analyze and report on portfolio status to Management team- Provide portfolio information to Management team and other stakeholders (in Opco and Business Group)

1. Following protocol for new product development (NPD) thoroughly, including - Conduct lab-scale experiments and supervise sensory tests for NPD- Report shelf-life testing for NPD and product innovation- Communicate with other functions (QA/QC, Regulation Affair, Production and Packaging team, Procurement, etc) to evaluate the feasibility for NPD projects in terms of manufacturing process, product quality, proclamation and logistics. - Check new packaging for new products with technical information.- Analyze raw materials and end-products in cooperation with QA/QC. - Communicate and follow-up with suppliers and Third-party Testing Centers for project's related tasks.- Make after-care evaluation plans for new products being produced commercially. 2. Following company's regulations including Food Safety & Quality, Safety-Health-Environment.

Assist QC analysts to perform quality control experiments on raw materials and products

Coordinate with teachers to supervise, support and encourage young learners in studying English at the center.Support the admin team in delivering customer service.

Apply analysis techniques (HPLC and LC – MS) to investigate chemical components of a target medicinal plant.

- Assist instructor in preparing equipment, chemicals and lessons for classes.- Supervise and instruct students during classes.- Manage and train a group of assistants to support me in class preparation.
