Linh was a manager in KPMG’s Risk Consulting practice with substantial experience in providing end-to-end electronic discovery solutions to various leading Fortune 500 companies. Linh led and managed discovery efforts across a broad range of forensic cases including federal criminal investigations, patent litigation, collective bargaining disputes, internal investigations, DOJ and SEC investigations, and product liability lawsuits. Linh had over 12 years of experience in professional services and customer success at KPMG. As a seasoned project manager, Linh consistently delivered excellent client service that led to incremental business for the firm. Collectively, Linh managed over 25 projects, $10 million in revenue, and trained over 150 clients. Beyond client work, Linh also worked on a number of process improvement internal projects resulting in over $1.2 million in cost savings. Linh was dedicated to people development and training. Aside from being heavily involved in the talent acquisition process at KPMG, Linh focused on training, mentoring and onboarding new hires to ensure their success. Linh’s love for learning and development led her to co-design and develop a full day lesson plan on discovery management where she instructed over 80 staff across multiple sessions at KPMG’s national university.As a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Linh served as the APIN diversity leader for KPMG Southern California offices with over 200 local members. Linh led the planning committee to host a variety of professional development workshops, cultural social mixers, membership drives, and community service events. Linh also served as the local KPMG liaison to Ascend, a national non-profit organization, representing and promoting KPMG on speaking panels at local and national Ascend events. Linh’s dedication and commitment to the personal development of her APIN members and community-led Ascend LA to award her the Inspirational Leader Award in 2017.
